Mixed Intensity
All players

Open session for all players and abilities. Covers skills development, drills, and game play. One session per month is a social tournament-style session. Beginners welcome!

High Intensity
League players

Extended session for Division 1 league players. Focuses on tactical work, match preparation, and competitive game play.

Indoor Court Shoes

Clean, non-marking indoor trainers. No outdoor shoes on the court.

Comfortable shorts/leggings and a t-shirt. Club kit is available to purchase.

Stay hydrated — bring a water bottle. There are no vending machines in the hall.
