Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any experience to join?
Not at all! We welcome complete beginners. Our Wednesday skills session is specifically designed for players of all levels. Our coaches will help you learn the basics in a friendly environment.
Can I try a session before committing?
Absolutely — your first session is completely free with no obligation. Get in touch beforehand so we know to expect you.
What age groups do you cater for?
Currently our sessions are for players aged 18+. There is no upper age limit! We have plans to expand into junior volleyball in the future.
When does the season run?
The league season typically runs from September to May. Training continues year-round, including summer sessions which tend to be more social and recreational.
Do I need my own equipment?
Just bring indoor court shoes and sportswear. We provide all volleyballs and equipment. Club kit can be purchased separately but is not required for training.
How do I pay membership fees?
Fees can be paid by bank transfer or in instalments. Details are provided when you register. Concessions may be available — please speak to our treasurer.
